During a run? It was obvious on the replay but even the announcers didn’t say anything.

on Young on the Wade targeting play, when they did the exact same thing to Tee, took his helmet off and no call there either.

which is 100% incidental and happens on a lot of plays.

It could have been called, but it wouldn't have been an ejection. The targeting was called correctly.
