Does this hurt him? Or help him? When you have a new scheme every year opposing coaches have a harder time finding tendencies. I know. It's a stretch, but at least I tried.

I'd say he's great to work for.....all those assistants went to better paying head coaching jobs.

its a business. its the same way with the players. They transfer out pretty quick once they are told to move on. Sholly gone to freshman.

Saban chewed his but out in our game and the national championship game. Saban well known for that so you better have thick skin if you work for him.
