But seriously, did you see the South Korea line fade backward?

And guess what? They didn't mass quarantine. They were very aggressive in testing and quarantining individuals while also super aggressively scrubbing public places. But they did not close down. Restaurants, businesses of all types remained open.

This is a global experiment with what works and doesn't work. No one really knows.

Well, except Italy. Italy's approach apparently does not work.

Mostly it is just virus doing what viruses do.
