They really do live and support their school through Alabama.

I have seen a few posts on Tigernet about Gamecocks fans having this weird love of
Alabama. I thought that was silly. I live in Atlanta so there are not very many Coots fans here... I wonder what idiot would support their team idolizing another school but I heard a few of them saying Alabama will crush you....and a couple of them saying "Roll Tide"too.

This is a desperate sad fan base.

Btw... I also notice that this is properly the first time in a game at Clemson that SC didn't have as many fans than they normally do. No where in the stadium they had a solid section of fans.

the only SEC team they have to pull for against Clemson because our tigers take care of them and the others in nonconference play.

I can tell you this. I asked bama fans a couple of years ago if they root for the coots too. Every one of them said "what?" I asked if they knew coot fans rooted for bama as much as their own team and they even have hats that say South Carolina on one side and Alabama on the other side. Not a single one of the bama fans I asked said they cared anything at all about the coots.
