Xavier Thomas question...

Last year our pass rush outside of Clelin often seemed pretty slow on 3rd down passing play. Austin Bryant is great, but sometimes a touch slow in certain situations. We have so much depth and we can just keep coming at teams now. Do you think we will squeeze XT a lot in there in those type of situations?

Well you have to remember our DE depth the past couple of years has been shot with preseason and regular season injuries. I expect the dline to be ridiculous good this year with major experience and crazy good depth there finally.

doesn't have to play starters into the 4th qtr this year. This will free up substitutions early and let the young bucks get serious PT.

Starters very often got fewer snaps in a game than the guy who was listed at #2.

We're now back to that sort of advantageous situation again.

Have you watched any film on Xavier yet? He is a major PROBLEM. I expect him to be in the 2-deep the minute he laces up.
