Actually he does have really close friends at Clemson, some through Ohio State connections. I met him when visiting with some of them at one of the games he announced at Clemson (before Gameday in 06). He is very nice guy and talking with him you can tell he really likes Clemson and pulls for them almost as much as OHST.

#### some of you people really need to get a life..Kirk is saying some great things about Clemson and their future, of which he does not have to say anything and compares our offense only So Cal next year as being the best.. no mention of a SEC team and then you guys come on here and make wiseass cracks...enjoy something good about Clemson being said unless you are coots on here, then I totally understand your frustration of not being mentioned for anything...

Nothing wrong with getting laid. But snitching without proof. Is as wrong as two men screwing each other. Snitching is lower than anything that a coot does....

Also, doean't he have a wife and kids. And to be talking junk about him getting layed. That is totally uncool without actual proof that he has cheated on who ever is in his private life. That is just so not right.

Cam Newton scored 20 rushing TD's last year. He is one of three players in CFB history with 20+ passing and 20+ rushing TD's in a season.
Tahj Boyd can't hold Cam Newton's jockstrap.

Haha yea I'm flattered he thought so much about Boyd, but if we had Cam Newton we would have beaten the Indianapolis Colts this year haha...the dude may be one of the best college football players of all time and he only played one season.

He was the closest thing to him, which is what Herbie said. If you're 100 miles away from something, and everyone else is 101 miles or more away from that same thing, you're still the closest.
I'm not saying Tajh was as good this year as Cam was last year, but he has the potential to be that good or better over the next 2 years.

If Tajh can rise to the level of 85% of Cam for next year and the following, we will win the national championship both years. That said, it'll be tough to get there.
It would be incredible....INCREDIBLE if he ever got to the level of Cam Newton by his senior year (he'll need to trim down, muscle up, and work on his feet a lot to do that), but the odds of him ever surpassing Cam are slim to none.
People are pretty quick to forget how good Cam was.
2,854 yards passing, 66.1 completion %, 30 TDs, 7 Int 1,473 yards rushing, 5.6 ypc, 20 rushing TDs.
Not to mention he's 4 inches taller and 25 pounds heavier.
There's no doubt Tajh is really, really good and has the potential to be amazing. Next year he has the potential to be the #2 or 3 QB in the nation after Barkley...however he's not passing Cam anytime soon.

One of the few Buckeye alums I can stand. I also really enjoy Eddie George who does a morning show on XM with Mark Packer now.

Great show, although I wish Packman wouldn't be so negative about the Tigers sometimes. Maybe he just doesn't wanna seem like a homer.
Just my two cents: the worst show in the history of shows (TV, radio, caveman in front of a group of other cavemen) is the paul finebaum show. I won't even capitalize that @sshole's name.
GO TIGERS!!!!!

And like I said, the College Gameday Executive producer has Clemson in his immediate family.
I was his brothers roommate for 3 years at Clemson.

Yea it's nice to see a role player like that get the attention. It'll be interesting to see how Jaron fits in next year, especially with the (probable) loss of Dwayne Allen, along with a year of maturity for both Martavis Bryant and Charone Peake.

If I read it correctly, he said the second most talented...there's a small difference. However I wouldn't be surprised if we were. That's high, high praise to be put up with a team like that. I hope we can handle the hype--which is sure to be big--we're going to get going into next season.
