Wow...Temple is really getting jobbed by the officials...

Nov 1, 2018, 10:57 PM

I just though Clemson's game against Pitt two years ago was the worst officiated game I had ever watched.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

If it wasn't so pathetic it's comical***

Penalty yards are 149 for Temple and 35 for UCF.

Officials aren't even trying to be impartial.

Not just the discrepancy in total penalty yards, but the flags that were thrown on critical plays that had a huge impact in the outcome of the game were unbelievable. I turned that game on just because my wife was asleep and I didn't have anything else to watch with absolutely no dog in the fight, and I stayed up mad as heck because of how blatant that was. I hate it but someone said it in this thread - there's money to be made by UCF winning, and that clearly influenced the refs.

ESPN announcers are trying to find most polite way to say...

Nov 1, 2018, 11:06 PM

... that these are very bad calls.

I'll give them credit for not saying that is an out right bad call. They are finding imaginative ways to say the call is suspicious.

I was listening on XM84, they're piping in the Temple broadcast. Those announcers are about to lose their d@mn minds.

I don’t give them credit. I expect the commentators to accurately describe what is happening in the game. To not do so is gutless.

The AAC officials are likely participants in the bonus distribution.

So many calls against Temple& so many No Calls against UCF

Nov 2, 2018, 7:33 AM

and it didn't even appear that the officials cared that it was so obvious. Must be a "Bill Cosby" effect. It was bad.
