They swapped the kitchen and dining areas, broke up the master into a smaller master and bunk room. Added a bath and a half bath, put on new siding, relandscaped.

2nd and 3rd row houses are pretty strong. Peeps don't park in your yard or walk through your yard trying to get to the beach. I'm totally good with 3rd row.

Doesn’t matter what per sq ft
And when they eliminate parking on palm Blvd the walk will be much easier with no traffic

- if you haven't already blown it on hookers and yay-o - and buy the lot behind my house.
just shy of 50 acres of pristine Lexington forrest. Probably 2mil. ball park.
I'd rather have 1 old pervert neighbor than 150 new neighbors to complain about my constant hunting, septic tank dumping, hog farming, heavy equipment operating, shenanygans.
One of the "old families" decided to sell off the family land...

This is primo land, unzoned, with major frontage on a busy highway, in a very fast developing area. Other areas are much much much cheaper.
