Would you rather make the NCAAB tourney or the CWS this year?

We know baseball will have success this year, even if it doesn't mean a spot in the CWS.
Getting basketball back to relevance would be nice.

I say CWS because we would have a shot to win it. If we make the ncaab I think we may be one or two wins and done.

The CWS is,in my opinion more attainable.
I just don't see us making the NCAA Basketball Tournament.
In fact if Brad does not find a way to turn this season around
I might have to retire his bobble head.

CWS for sure. CWS is already the elite 8 status and a feather in the cap for the sport. Making the ncaa is nice, but not much status for just making it in. They would need to make sweet 16 for me the change my pick!

If you were to have a real poll, I bet 70% of Tiger fans choose CWS over basketball.
This is the microcosm of why Clemson n basketball continues to struggle for consistency. The support and dedication from the Clemson community is not there. Basketball plays 3rd fiddle and almost always falsl behind baseball in popularity. Baseball has more t addition n and history of success than basketball.
Yet the expectations of basketball are set to a level that's en baseball is not judged by.

If we had a great basketball team it would be more like 99% of our fans cared more about basketball than college baseball.

I would have said NCAA Tourney, but that's pretty much shot and now I'm eager to move in a new, positive direction there. We desperately need to be relevant in basketball, but I can wait another year or two for that. I think we have some momentum in baseball, however, and need to capitalize on it.

College baseball is right there with men's soccer or women's basketball. There are two college sports that matter...Football and Men's basketball.

Last year the baseball team did way better than expected.
Even going into the regional I didn't expect them to do much with the bad pitching and it caught up with us.
I think this years team if the young pitchers develop can go to the CWS.
With Basketball I didn't believe this season would be much different than the last few .
So I rather go to the CWS where we have a shot at maybe winning it all.
