Here in South Carolina, he would have been. The girl's statement along with the DNA evidence is enough to put it in front of a jury. Period. Saying there was not enough evidence is BS.

Sammy doesn't get arrested for that in Tallahassee. Big difference in Clemson PD, who have a lot of gamecock fans among them or just hate Clemson U, and Tallahassee cops who know who their real boss is.

I've never heard of a pot head getting caught with one joint except by his mama. A pot head would have eaten the joint and anything else stashed before he'd let a cop get to the car window. A pot head wouldn't for the life of him admitted he had a joint in his pocket.
Sammy was a ### good boy with a joint in his pocket, not a pot head. I'm an expert on pot heads. I was a pot head 50 years ago.

We would not have this problem with Winston for two reasons...# 1 Jameis is not smart enough to get admitted into Clemson & # 2 Dabo is smart enough not to recruit a thug like that...Go Tigers!!!!
