My biggest fear would be to lose to Va.Tec. A team we beat earlier & lose a rematch with Auburn. That would undo 2 wins we had previously.

I can't imagine a more undesirable opponent than Auburn. I don't think anyone from our fanbase or their's wants to see this matchup again this year, especially since it's our first game next year as well.
Playing Notre Dame in the Champs Sports Bowl would be 3,000 times better in my opinion, and I hope that's what ends up happening if we lose on Saturday. Either that or put someone else, like Florida, in Atlanta with us...just anyone but Auburn.

bowls will not happen if the sponsors have any say in the matter, which they do. Sponsors learned that rematches aren't the best ratings. In the late 70s, early 80s it became an unwritten rule that there wont be rematches. I think it came from a couple of sponsors being forced to take a rematch back then. That caused the two loss rule for bowl bids where a host sponsor could take a team with up to two losses below a team that was "next" in line.

I do like the whole Georgia Dome setup, I normally stay at the hotel in CNN Center and have Great time!!! And as long as it's against Florida and not Aw-durn...it would be new...
