Our Dictator was finally put to pasture

Nov 12, 2020, 7:00 PM

and now she cannot act unilaterally. The legislation has to approve Governors orders.

She was out spouting crap and threatening people saying people aren't wearing masks. EVERYONE I see is wearing a mask and staying out of peoples way and trying to social distance. Who isnt wearing a mask these days? You have to in order to get into any closed space. This is what they will push to get another lockdown and control our lives.

This is exactly what we deserve. We rolled over one time and now they are just going to try and do it again. Completely ridiculous.

Bummer. I almost lost my mind the last time I was all locked down. I really hope that doesn't happen in Wilmington.

I havent drank NEAR as much in the last 6

Nov 12, 2020, 7:08 PM

like I did March-May. Dude, my liver was SCREAMING by June. (didnt really have a liver problem, my numbers were fine at physical, but you know what I mean.)

It was groundhog day every single day. Work, kids, work, kids, work, kids, dinner, drink while watching youtube concerts, pass out.

Rinse and repeat every day. I cannot do that again.

I took years off of my life drinking and I was a mental wreck being so isolated. I became friends with spiders on my porch. I wouldn't even kill a bug out of loneliness. I was glad to see them in their webs in the morning.

No wonder you were spouting vile names

Nov 12, 2020, 9:48 PM

At so many in here..,,,were you alone?

And by that, I mean no other humans...

I remember back then. There was that time when Carlsbad was drunk and said mean things to me.
Now that I know what an awful time he was going through, I'm going to have compassion for him and let by-gons be bye-gons.

Manac,

I don't want to do that again, but I can to save lives - because I am a rational man.

Folks, a threat has been introduced into our society that has to be dealt with - adapt or die !

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and I love and miss my extended family. But I am not going to put them and my fellow Americans at risk just because this is how we have always done it before.

If you want to show your love and patriotism, help us adapt to this new threat - at least until it is reduced to far more reasonable limits (c'mon vaccine)

It's OK. We've learned this year that you don't have to do what the authorities say.

some degree of "lockdown" restrictions, IMO. I hope a miracle happens and it isn't needed.

Re: Here we go, Chicago announces LOCKDOWN!

Lockdown is SO misleading (& points out the sensationalism of the media). if you read the article, the mayor is calling for reasonable measures to help protect her constituents from more Covid deaths. Please read beyond the headlines.
