With Scott as OC, can he still be recruiting coordinator?

I don't know the responsibilities and time required to be recruiting coordinator. It never seems to be held by an OC or DC at other major schools though. It seems like recruiting coordinator would be handed to someone else.

I hope you're wrong on that. My encounters with Coach Elliot do not lead me to believe that he has the traits necessary to become a successful recruiting coordinator.
