I called it before the season - We'll see if it plays out

This was my theory before the season ever started
-Muschamp will be fired midseason
-USCjr will have a down year
-Spurrier gets tired of being in Columbia where he's reached a ceiling
-Spurrier decides to accept the job at Florida to ride out his last years at his alma mater and retire
-Muschamp is hired at CootU

I think most of those are plausible.
I think there's a chance, not a big one, that Florida would hire Slurrier back--just to jumpstart the program. He'd be there 3-4 years at best, just long enough to get them back into contention.
In doing so wouldn't he be the first SCarolina coach in history to take a head coaching job *after* SCar? They don't call it the graveyard of head coaches for nothing.

I think Florida goes after Dan Mullen if they fire muschamp ..the guy is looking like he has turned the corner at miss st. If he can do what he is doing with the talent there..think what he can do with all the four and five star talent he can bring in at u.f...plus it would be the natural t course of action..bring back a successful member of the previous successful staff..as for Spurrier..in think he rides off into thesunset at some point over the next couple of years and I think the coots hire some yYankee...they seem to be only people that like that city.even coots and natives .cant stand that place.
