Come on, they didn't do the required investigation for almost 2 years after the case. By law they should have done it immediately. This is just to shut down some of the critics of how they handled it initially. Nothing to see here. They will find no evidence against him. If they find that he violated the title IX he will be suspended immediately.

In all fairness, if the D.A. cleared him; that should be the end of it. I hate to see him get railroaded just because I do not like him or his band of criminals.

Because his lawyer told him not to cooperate. SO, that doesn't give him a constitutional right to remain silent if a contract obligates him to testify.
Yes, a scholarship is a contract. It expires at either party's demand. He has played and attended school throughout the entire process.

So in conclusion - FSU and their entire Administration sucks and cheats at every opportunity??? Free Shoes U to current - they continue to show how absolutely worthless they are as a university. The pattern seems to be repetitive for them. Lie, Cheat, Steal, Rape, etc.

The investigation will be completed in January, after Winston has played his last game as FSU because he's going pro.

I thought the timing of FSU's 'investigation,' was perfect.
The school should be cited for failure to comply by not forcing his hand within the expect time frame.

It is required that any university investigate something like this due to Title IX - FSU was forced to be alleged victim's attorneys. Have 30 days to complete investigation. Safe bet - nothing new will come out and if anything Winston gets a written reprimand.
