I don’t know anything about him but looked at his Wikipedia entry and it has numerous instances where he opposed China, and literally none where he acquiesced to them.

I was just making fun of his ###### tweet. He's consistently anti-China, just in a very ignorant way. Instead of any constructive thoughts, he likes to push for escalating tensions between the two countries.
