Is that why they pushed so hard to get Georgia In?

If you have listen to Saban's post game presser, IMO he was to was lobbying the committee for UGA to be in the 4 team playoff. And also IMO, that is the way those guys do it in the SEC, they stand behind their conference better to me than any other conference....

No he knew that it was a fluke that UGA was able to keep it close. He knows that if UGA was to make the playoffs and he had to somehow face them again it would be a lot easier than anyone else. UGA played a great game but were just lucky that it wasn't a blowout. Satan knows his team played as bad as they could and still beat those dawgs.
