Will O-line really handle SC? Or do nothing like last year

Jul 17, 2013, 10:39 PM

while they taunted us during pregame, during the game, and at the end of the game?

The OL was fine last year until Chad got pass happy.

Jul 17, 2013, 11:29 PM

I realize that SCAR played keep-away in the second half while our defense let them hold the ball, but Chad did not have his finest moment in that game. He went away from a successful running attack and played right into SCAR's hands by dropping TB back too often, especially when it was obvious that TB was not at his best that night, either.

I do agree on the taunting over Ellington. No excuse not to get a personal foul from someone for knocking Swearinger's ### halfway back to Cola.

That's indictive of his inexperience in D1 ball.

I'd venture to guess that he gave himself more helll over that than we.

They will do fine.

Jul 18, 2013, 12:13 AM

If The Chad knows what is good for him he will repeat what he did against LSU, mix it a lot more and take some shots on first downs. Also , the Oline will be better overall this year. LSU has a better defense at every position and we did the nasty on them ...SCAR is going down !

I agree that was a good move scheduling that this year.

Re: USC played keep-away pretty well coupled with

Jul 18, 2013, 12:31 AM

*Slow drives with the help of the referee's bad call.

*Clemson looked only half-way motivated.

*Chad's interviewing with other schools couldn't help much with his offensive game plan.

*College exams to study and prepare for - - USC players don't have to worry about taking exams.

USC players don't have to worry about taking exams...

...or making excuses.

Well

Jul 18, 2013, 1:24 AM

Run block-yes, did it last year.

Pass block-maybe but we have to use a hb or TE to help on clowney, who we should run at and read all game. Hurts not having Cooper to pass block, someone has to step up.

LSU win gave Our Tigers the confidence needed to best any

I'm not sure, I don't think LSU showed up for that game.

I think Les was sure.***

Les is a little out there. Pretty much their whole D bolted to the NFL right afterwards, not to mention Montgomery has a history of loafing, it didn't seem like they were as into the game.

Whatever blows your skirt up. Saying LSU wasn't all there in the game is simply buffoonery

Jul 18, 2013, 7:58 AM

maybe you should watch the replay before going out on a limb or at least check the stats
The score does not always give a clear picture

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Like the time of possession stat 20 min to 40 min***
