Tommy, this is the most important play of this game, third and 8 with 14:28 to in the first half.
I agree Todd.
Jake lines up in the shotgun with Rico D to his right, Jake the all-everything quarterback for this team calls for the snap. He handles the snap cleanly and pitches to Rico on a sweep to the right side. RICO TURNS THE CORNER HE BREAKS A TACKLE, HE'S GOING, HE'S GOING...I THINK HE COULD GO ALL THE WAY. OH NO, he's tripped up for a one yard loss.
Tommy, if he could have gotten one more block he could have juked the other two defenders and it would have been 7.
I agree Todd,
Oh I just noticed that Rico is down and seems to be a little disoriented, watching the replay he took quite a shot by the guy who tripped him up. Must have fallen on his head to cause a concussion like that.
