Why not Duke in the Orange Bowl?

Shouldn't DUKE get the Orange Bowl bid? They had a better season without a doubt. The had the same record, best wins were comparable, worst loss was comparable, they did win their division and Clemson didn't, and they get to play FSU now so if they can stay within 40 of them on a neutral field they will have had a better season without a doubt, right?

We are both 10-2. They beat a solid 9-3 Miami 48-30, and 8-4 Virginia Tech 13-10. Their two losses are to 7-5 Georgia Tech 38-14, and 6-6 Pitt 58-55. Our two losses are to #8 South Carolina and #1 Florida State.
Duke isn't close to the team we are, which is why they only entered the top 20 toward the end of the season. I'll be shocked if they keep it to within 30 of FSU.
Also, even if they were as good as us, they aren't likely to have more than a couple thousand fans at the Orange Bowl in Miami.
