if you're comparing them to Ledbetters "recruiting" skills maybe you should note that jay and chad are out competing in All American competitions. maybe ledbetter has too much time on his hands

That's a strong pair of players right there that would look great in Tiger orange. That would be a nasty, nasty line in a few years with those two plus our recent classes.

Watkins is a Tackle, so he wouldn't be playing behind Crawford who is an End.
Secondly, I don't think it is going to really matter, as both seem to be headed to Florida. Bullard has been a Florida lean for a while anyway. I would like to see Watkins don the orange and white, but over the last few weeks his interest in other programs has grown even more, specifically Florida, and what he is saying now basically implies that Florida has moved to the top of his list. He may say it's a tie at the top, but as of NOW he is drinking the Florida kool-aid. We will have to get him back on campus, sell Clemson to him very hard and just hope he chooses us. I am thinking Florida gets both of these guys though. Not saying that based on this latest news either, but just on what I have been feeling all along. Watkins has said from the get go he will be looking around, and he's liked the SEC from the start.

I'm not sure how this will turn out...kind of reminds me of Lateek Townsend last year. To spin this positively, this is really his first mention of Florida as being even with us. Probably just a kid caught up in the glitz of FNL. We've been in it a long time with Watkins; hopefully he's just caught up in the recruiting and will ultimately goes with us as we seem to have had his interest the longest.
If we don't get him, word is we'll sign at least one DT. Wonder if we'll be able to get Dalvin Tomlinson and/or John Atkins?
