I know what you're getting at, but it's really not good. Good for the ACC? Yes. Good for Clemson? No. We're going to be playing against these teams and therefore playing against better talent

This ain't the $EC.....we support our team and our team early!

Although you're somewhat right...its refreshing to see other conferences able to compete with the almighty conference of God

The better the conference is the greater our chance of getting better recruits and getting into a NCG. Playing a weak SoS decreases our odds of a 1 or 2 loss team getting into a BCS game too. The better the conference the better our TV coverage = more money for Clemson.

Why ACC Competition is good

For those of you that don't why having a strong conference is good for look at the SEC. Better games = better TV ratings = more money for better facilities/coaches and better recruits. Also the stronger the conference the higher our ranking and the better our bowl games are.
