He would do it by first hiring better assistants that can design better offenses. I don't think recruiting is our problem. The problem is that opposing defense know exactly what we're doing and are 1 step ahead. So, we resort to this ridiculous perimeter game hoping to get an open look at a 3 pointer. The offense is bad.

Get all the assistants you want, but until you start recruiting basketball players, and not athletes, or relying on Jr. college transfers, this is what you are going to get.
I have said this before, but realistically no one can expect Brad to recruit the type of players that Duke/UNC/Kentucky/Louisville get, but we should be able to recruit teams that can beat Florida State, South Carolina, Virginia Tech( no not Virginia) and Georgia Tech just to name a few.

I believe Dabo would win more games than Brad if he takes over after the NC game. Of course he would start and he would have a few walk-ones from the football team. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any energy in Brad.
