Nothing like the smell of the air and walking on the luscious green grass at Augusta National

That smell is $2 egg salad sammiches and draft beer***

My dad and I were supposed to attend the Nicklaus one, but he ended up going on a business trip to Florida.

In the mix yes

I just don't like golf. But masters in particular is annoying because of the commercials and how people talk about it

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Because of the commercials? There are less commercials during

Mar 17, 2019, 5:16 PM

the Masters, than any other sport ever televised!Something like 4 minutes of commercials per hour!

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

i mean the commercials advertising it

Mar 17, 2019, 5:18 PM

Like months in advance with the soft piano music and the "tradition unlike any other". I mean cmon every sport has a long standing tradition of some type. Kentucky Derby beats them all in that regard

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I'd go with The Olympic Games...***

If people were as good as their obituary - and products were as good as advertised - this would truly be a wonderful world !!

the best thing about going to The Masters now

Mar 17, 2019, 5:34 PM

it's one of the last places left in the world where cellphones do not exist.

Used to be the beautiful scenery, but not anymore. No cellphones is better.
