But it isn't helping them not to have a true champion. I thought tcu was the best last year and I think Oklahoma may be the best this year.

I thought the playoff committee was formed to make a decision not based solely on sos and winning margin. They were to add some reasoning to the process.

Their champion will have played every single team in the conference. That's a true champion. Every other major conference sold out the integrity of their championship to get a payday from a sham of a game between the best team in the conference and what is usually an also ran team from the other division.

Not necesaarily...may be used as sort of tie-breaker.

Should a 12-0 Baylor or TC"U get in ahead of a 12-1 Bama or LSU? I would have no problem with that. Should Notre Dame be left out because they aren't in a conference? That argument is basically the same.
