True story. My Dad was in the Navy during WWII and then when he was serving during the Korean War his ship came in to Guantanamo Bay. He Caught a flight on a cargo plane to Miami. He was hitch hiking to Spartanburg to see my Mom and oldest brother. He found himself near Stetson College and seen them practicing and decided to take a break and watch from outside a fence. A man walked over and said where are you headed sailor and Dad told him Spartanburg. The man walked off and came back shortly and told Dad that the Coach said he could not watch as they were playing Wofford and he might be looking like a sailor to scout them.

That's as bad (or worse) than Lou Holtz, while the HC at NCSU had a NCSU math professor arrested for walking around the track where they were practicing. I don't think Lou ever apologized to the math prof. The prof did not even know they were practicing or knew anything about their football program.
