was at the TE position. A&M has something we don’t - large, athletic tight ends that can make plays in tight coverage. That is something we have sorry missed since Legget left. I’m really hoping Galloway can grow into that role, but our offense needs that threat to be able to keep defenses honest.

Yes, Mond had a lot of lucky plays where he just lobbed it up, but the TEs went up and plucked them out of the air. Not to mention the improved run support when you have a that can create a push up front.

While I agree we need to get better at TE, A&M only had one pretty big play from their TE

Are you thinking 13 Rogers was a TE? Big nasty dude, but he is a WR.
