Which Teams could REALISTICALLY draft DW4 #1 in 2017?

I'd say Tennessee might be bad enough again. I like Mariota but he's no Watson. Cleveland of course is always awful.
I think Oakland is set with Carr and Jags are set with Bortles.
Buffalo and Houston need QB's but won't be bad enough to have #1 pick.
Based on the Falcons late season dumpster dive, they could be a contender possibly. Other than that, it's hard to predict which teams might be bad enough to get that #1 pick.

He enrolled a semester early. Plus summer sessions have put him way ahead.

I wouldn't be shocked if the Eagles were that bad. I live in the area so that would be pretty cool to see him play.

DW4 will become Matt Ryan's replacement in Atlanta...

Watson grew up and played high school ball 11 miles away from Flowery Branch (Falcons headquarters), and some of us Falcons fans have already crowned him our future franchise QB.
Arthur Blank loves players with ties to the state of Georgia, and Dan Quinn is said to favor "Russell Wilson type QBs". If everything aligns correctly, he will be an Atlanta Falcon taken in the Top 5 of the 2017 draft.

that laments the fact that Vick is gone. A local kid dual threat would go a long way to bring the fans together again.

49ers, Rams, Bears, Lions, Chargers (could move on from Rivers), Cowboys (Romo is fragile), Saints. Most everyone without an established young QB could be in play, and you're assuming he goes #1 overall. First pick always comes down to team needs more than best player. If Russell Wilson/Cam Newton go down in preseason and their teams finish last, you can bet they aren't taking a QB #1 overall.

If the Saints unload Brees to a contender in the off season they will be in contention for the #1 pick so they would be an option. Same thing with the Chargers if they unload Rivers to a contender. Both qb contracts are limiting the team's ability to sign free agents and draft picks. San Francisco would be another option because Kapernick stinks.
