He's fighting to keep the guy from getting yardage. It's not a gang tackle and the dude is still fighting for yardage. The whistle hadn't blown.

What do you do. Just try and hold them and hope they eventually blow the whistle or get him on the ground the only way you really can.

I know it looks bad, but I'm not sure what you're supposed to do there.

There were plenty of legal ways to make a tackle.

A suplex is incredibly dangerous and going to be 15 yards every time. I'm surprised you're arguing this after your stance on the targeting rule.
