########## a lot. I got bad. I started going blind, and couldn't hold down a job. I finally got a job as a HS janitor even though I had gone legally blind. I could hear the kids snicker and laugh around me all the time.

I cut back to twice a day and my eyesight slowly started to came back. I eventually was able to gain normal employment.

So SUCK IT high schoolers from my dark era.
