I know, but the Guy just can’t stand losing and would do everything possible to see that coaches would have what it took to win..

That would be a HUGE mistake making Dabo AD, see Ray Tanner at UofSCK. Dabo is a great coach and that and that is his calling.

Please do not speak Dabo out of his current position.

My hope is that he remains right where he is and keeps the football team winning 10 years from now.

Dabo cant take over the AD job in 10 years. He's got to make the bar very high for other coaches to reach as far as NC's go. He'll have to coach at least until he's 65 to do that. When he's done coaching he'll be unquestionably the best coach in college football history. Most will not remember who Saban is at the end of Dabo's career. I see him being the John Wooden of Football. Go Tigers.
