What's really up with Sammy Watkins?

He just doesn't seem to be a part of the offense like before his suspension. No kick-off or punt returns anymore. What gives? Is he still being punished?

--and don't take this the wrong way Clemson nation--he used more marijuana than we think and having to get off it since the bust bought Sammy back to reality. I am curious as to why he was rarely used Saturday. A weapon like that needs to be on the field returning kicks and punts every chance you get.
