What section is louder?

At gt game yrs ago when it was a downpour, as it rained harder, we got LOUDER! Tomorrow what section will be loudest!? If ur not spitting blood from screaming, ur not on board!!
Now punch an Irishman in the face!!!

Supposedly the moisture holds the noise in the stadium making it louder

Thus there are more water molecules in the air (in the form of vapor). Sound is the vibration of particles in the air. More particles yields to a louder stadium
