What is the tie-breaker in this scenario??...

If us and Miami win out, and ND loses one. ND and Miami don't play, so we would be 1-1 against the other two, as would Notre Dame. Since Miami would be just 0-1, would they be the odd one out? Or is there a different tie-breaker involved?
