What is the name of this head football coach?

He was head coach at a Sun Belt Conference school for 3 years with an overall record of 16-20.
Then he was head coach at a American Athletic Conference school for 4 years with an overall record of 24-25.
Next he was head coach at a PAC 12 school for 1 year with an overall record of 7-5.
Through 2017 his overall coaching record was 47 wins and 50 losses.

This year he goes to a new school and he gets a contract of $30 Million for 5 years. Who is he?

The 'coach' has a track record a certain coach didn't have in October, 2008. Why bash?

My point is how can a head coach with a very average to poor record as a head coach get a contract with so much money. I think it is reckless for a school with a proud football tradition to offer a contract to anyone who has so a poor track record.

Because said coach has inherited some horrific situations and turned those programs into excellent teams. I am not saying he is worth the hype since transforming teams to winners in weak conferences is not the same as creating a national championship caliber team but i personally like the man and believe he has a chance to bring at least class to a dirty fsu program
