What is The One Main Key to Winning Sat. Against the Domers?

Posted: Sep 29, 2015 1:25 PM

Can be anything including but not limited to:

Crowd Noise
DW4 Hitting the long ball
(insert position here) stepping up
Certain type of play calling or certain plays
Etc.

The O-line has to give DW time
Do this and the Tigers win
Bottom line!

Stop the running game.

That will force the rookie QB to think the game is on him. As the passing fails he'll force the ball more and more.

Stop the run. Make them one dimensional

Our secondary can take care of itself. We must put the game on their QB's shoulders

Our secondary got burned several times against UL.

I was listening to sports talk radio up here in Baltimore today, and there's a former coach and recruiting coordinator at Notre Dame (also former Redskins GM) Vinnie Cerrato who thinks the Irish are going down in flames for this one. His two biggest keys are 1) crowd noise - the Irish won't have any idea what's hit them since they haven't seen an atmosphere like this and 2) the speed of our wideouts and secondary will catch ND off guard - they'll miss their angles and give up some big gains.

Honestly, first and foremost, just showing up ready to play and lay it all on the line...for whatever reason we came out for the FSU game two years ago flat and uninspired.

We come ready to play, deal with any early adversity, and we win hands-down...ND is good but they're nothing close to the hype everyone is giving them.

Stop Will Fullofit and CJ Precise - dat should do it.

And oh yeah - The OLine needs to block somebody.

Does Dabo check t-net to get all the answers? We have them if someone would just listen.

Id say scoring me points than ND would seal the deal***

Scoring more points.
That's allways the case.
Doesn't matter how well you block,or # of passes you complete, turnovers, etc etc,or even how many Hail Mary's you say.
At the end of the day just have one more point.
A field goal beats a safety everytime.

Scoring more points than they do.

Seriously. That's the secret to winning.

We absolutely unequivocally beyond the shadow of a doubt must score more points than our opponent to win the game. That is all.

A balanced offense - have to be able to run the ball....

effectively to open up our passing game. And our special teams both ways have got to come to play. I think our defense will be there and ready.

Scoring more points guarantees us a win
