That's not to say I think FSU is going to win a national title, but I certainly don't think I know more about college football than he does. He's also the second guy that I respect a lot (the other being Phil Steele) who has picked FSU to win it all.
Personally, I think Manuel is their weak link and isn't a guy that can lead them to 13-1 or 14-0. I think their OL is still questionable as well... But who knows.

A questionable OL is what will hurt FSU the most. EJ is horrible under pressure.

They'll be working the starters to death trying to run up the score to match Kippin's ego.
They won't last long I don't believe. I also don't think FSU is going anywhere this year either. EJ is soft and when he's on the sidelines it takes the wind out of their sails. They've yet to figure out Trickett is a better QB.

FSU over USC isn't near as concering as Logan Thomas being a top the dual threat QB's....and Sammy not in the top 5....
