He was shoved into the opponent. The opponent said something to Battle. Battle tried to push him away which looked like a punch. But I don't think it was intended as such.

TB/Dabo new age CU fans don't know real big time football at Clemson and are apologists that think our coaches & players can do no wrong. Had a player pulled that back in the day, Danny Ford would have grabbed their face mask and cursed them out on the field on national TV then sent them to the showers! I saw him do it for far less than an unacceptable sucker punch, which is never acceptable at Clemson!

Remember what Legarrette Blount did to homeboy from Boise after that game a couple years back?Battles was a little different though..Battle did the same but during the game and after a play, with hit helmet still on. Jaw'd em (stupid)
