The ACC cannot even fire Swofford, or is just not man enough. This sounds like another idiotic idea that the ACC can show their inability to make good decisions.

That group needs an enema.

The threat of sitting out a year is the only thing keeping us from full-blown college free agency. I don't think it will affect Clemson much, but parity will vanish more than it already has if this happens.

The only exception is if a coach leaves unexpectedly. Those players should be given the ability to transfer without penalty, and MAYBE players transferring TO the school with the vacated coaching position as well. That would help the school recover. But if you transfer outside of those circumstances, commitment means NOTHING. I am very happy that Dabo doesn't deal with transfers; he simply recruits enough high character kids to where he doesn't have to.
