reasonable Trump voters, many of which we have in here, stand up and say "yo, we've finally crossed the line with _____, or ______, or _______" (take your pick of what's happening this week).
Lindsey calling the Secretary of State of a DIFFERENT state to try to convince him to throw out valid votes should get people out of their seats. We're pushing the envelope of criminal behavior, and at a minimum, this is proof of a concerted effort at a soft coup.
And this?
https://twitter.com/kaitlancollins/status/1328854734015508480?s=20
If your tolerance for what's happening, right out in the open, is different for Trump than it would be for, say, __________(D) doing the same thing, then how are you anything but a partisan hack? This is no longer just frivolous lawsuits to placate a bruised ego (of which essentially 100% have been or will be thrown out of court due to lack of anything resembling evidence).
No, this is subversion. I'm questioning a whole lotta people that I've known for a long time, who don't appear to be nearly as principled as I gave them credit for.

but the line has been crossed. This has to stop. Not only are significant authorities speaking to the strength of this year’s election, but lawsuits are being dismissed left and right.
I am all for the pursuit of truth and transparency. I am all for the suits, the reviews, the oversight. But now it must stop. At this point, even if it were true, he’s lost the ability to make the argument to the American people and his remaining in power would tear the country apart.

Well, there's a simple answer.
Nov 17, 2020, 9:27 PM
|
|
They want it to happen. I mean there's one, Swarley, who has integrity here and puts America before party and Trump. But many of them want this because, as you say, they're partisan hacks, and they've now reached the point where they want the democratic process and a system of integrity to take a back seat so their side can win.
They're Gamecock fans calling for Hugh Freeze. They know it's wrong; they just don't give a #### any more. They just want to win.
I'd challenge them to prove you and me wrong, but they won't.

cat,
I agree - and it extends far beyond this forum.
However, let's admit that there are some people on the other end of the spectrum that feel the same way. I think that they make up a far smaller % of our group, but they DO exist.

ruined his credibility in 16 when he suggested that the only reason he lost the popular vote in 16 was because of voter fraud? So tell me, what are your thoughts about that? They set up a commission and they found nothing. Amazing to me that you people believe this man no matter what he says. Yes, he has the right to go through the legal process. But it shouldn’t surprise you that those that aren’t his followers are skeptical of the validity of his complaints given what happened in 16.

Nov 17, 2020, 11:00 PM

was to concede the election a day or two after it was over and then Obama met with Trump within a few days of the election. How is that the same thing? Trump claimed he won a landslide election, and he obtained the exact same number of electoral college votes as Biden. And he lost the popular election by around 3 million votes, and this time he’s going to lose it by 6 to 7 million votes
Yes, of course Biden was ready with lawyers because they know who Trump is. They saw what he did after he won the 16 EC, and then falsely claimed he won the popular election if not for voter fraud. It’s amazing to me that you cult members can’t admit this guy is the most self-serving nut job president ever.

I don't know if y'all noticed lately, but T3 has been putting on a bit of an act. I don't know if an admin told him to tone it down, or if he thought this kinder, gentler T3 act would win him more TUs or something.
I knew it wouldn't take much to get him to snap again. This time, it was a simple, harmless question.
Anyone else notice this comes late at night, usually? Like maybe he's having sundown moments or the meds are fading?

Lol no admin told me anything.
I figured as much. I figured it was a cheap ploy for TU and maybe finally some self-awareness that you have been behaving like a raging child. It would be great if you could maintain that behavior, but you still owe a lot of people apologies.
I’ve just been myself.
Haha, no. This isn't you. Not based on history.
I know you were disappointed that the Trump people weren’t up in arms and rioting in the streets after the election.
Actually, not only were you acting like a raging, furious lunatic shortly after the election, but you also called for Trumpies to rise up and commit violence. Here's a link to that post as I know you'll try to pretend you didn't (I've got it bookmarked).
https://www.tigernet.com/forum/message/Re-Trump-supporters-gathring-in-front-of-State-FArm-arena-28083404
YOU wanted violence. YOU hoped it would happen.
Unlike you, whoever is President will NOT consume my life going forward. This thread was just some good back and forth and deweather asked a stupid question as usual trying to be a gotcha guy.
Yes, he will. It already consumes you with your obsession over these court cases and this futile, desperate hope one of these pieces of poo Trump is flinging at the wall will actually stick.
Deweather's question wasn't worthy of you flipping out, but that's the status quo.
I do however recognize your post as yet another interjection into a conversation you weren’t involved in, complete with more personal attacks.
I will jump into any thread I choose, especially if you're a part of it.

Replying to you in a thread isn't stalking you. It's a message board. It's no more stalking than you going through every post I make in a day and clicking TD.
And don't ever whine about personal attacks here. You're the king of them. Put on your big boy pants and try to actually have discussions. You're somewhat trying to but fell off the deep end again last night.

Listen idiot. You don’t run this board. I can say whatever I want.
Sure you can. And you will be mocked accordingly for it. Let's not pretend you're anything other than the guy who threatened people to fights, told them to go kill themselves, tried to look up people's personal information, and advocated Trumpies rise up and commit violence after the election.
If you want to truly make us think you've turned over a new leaf, start making amends and atoning for past behavior. Then I'll believe you're serious about intelligent discussion. This thread has shown you're still the same.
You do stalk me on here. You go out of your way to reply to all of my posts. You mention me in any of your posts. If that doesn’t work, you create a whole new thread to or about me.
It's difficult not to address the loudest imbecile in the room. Thus, you're mentioned often.

He's lost the election. He's fighting pointless court cases in a losing cause because of his ego, and he's taking petty action against people within his ranks who aren't loyalists and the new Biden admin. These actions are putting our stability and national security at risk.
You do also realize that outgoing admins share intel with incoming ones to keep America safe and prepared, right? You do realize this is normal? And you do realize Trump isn't doing this just to be petty?
This is behavior you advocate because you put party and Trumpism over country, thus, partisan hackery.

We know Biden can't take any actions now. Everyone knows that. But the standard practice is to give intelligence to the incoming administration so they can be prepared from day one. This keeps America safe. This is about the stability of our nation.
Obama did it for Trump. Bush did it for Obama. Clinton did it for Bush. And on and on.
Why is this a hard concept for you and the rest of the Trump apologists to understand?

He did concede, that night, then rescinded an hour later when the tabulation was close enough for the recount in Florida to occur, which decided the election by 537 votes. Trump lost by 140k in Pennsylvania, that is all that matters here. He has no shot at overturning this election. It is over.

That election was still being legitimately determined due to the razor thin margin and the major issues in Florida with the votes.
That is not the case here. There are no legitimate challenges to this election. As soon as Bush was officially determined the winner, the Clinton team transitioned him in.

with no proof to back up that claim. Why is he doing that? To make himself look better and he doesn't give 2 sheets about the impact of those kind of statements on the country.
He is actively sowing the seeds of discontent for his own personal gain.
He's claiming he won the election and he clearly did not. That doesn't bother you??

These BS court filings are getting dashed in court or dropped by Trump's team.
Even Trump knows he lost but he's trying to screw things up as much as he can. He just knows he can count on people like you to keep carrying the torch because y'all don't know better.

I am not for one second taking your word on any claim you've made about listening in on some conference call. You aren't renowned for honesty and integrity here.
You are desperately praying and hoping something magical is going to happen to overturn this legitimate election result. It's not. It's not coming at all. You're obsessed with it. Trump lost, and even he knows it. At this point, he's just being an ####### about it, and people like you are defending it.
For the sake, safety, and security of America, he needs to concede and work with Biden's team to transition. Opposition to this idea is simple partisan hackery.

You called in to some toll free hot line to listen in, and you were pretending in your previous post like you were on some exclusive conference call with insider info?
Nice. That's rich, even for you.

You are conflating different issues....

[ in reply to Re: He's claiming an American election was rigged... ] |

The President of the United States is saying the vote was rigged and he really won. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF of that. None.
A different issue is vote count errors, which happen every dang election. Having a memory card found in a county in Georgia that wasn't originally included in the totals IS NOT fraud and IS NOT a "rigged" election. Any reasonable person knows that. There is nothing actually being presented in court right now that isn't typical "sheet happens".
Saying that he should not be claiming that the election was rigged and that he actually won all of the valid votes...IS NOT the same as saying he shouldn't exhaust all legal challenges at his disposal. Those are DIFFERENT THINGS.
And no, there is no concern in the "anti-Trump" crowd that Trump is actually going to win or actually did get the most votes. For me, my concern is that he is willing to say anything and likely do most anything to retain power or save face. Country be ######. It's evident in all of the people now holding very strong beliefs that Trump actually won the election...for no other reason than he is tweeting that he did. It's sad and scary that seemingly reasonable people can be so easily manipulated.

You are refusing to address his rhetoric...
Nov 18, 2020, 12:48 PM

you asked "what's he done"....and I say he's the sitting POTUS claiming he really won the election and that there was massive fraud. And your reply is you defend his right to pursue legal challenges.
His dangerous rhetoric and his legal actions are 2 different things.
So what about his claims that he really got the most legal votes and that he won the election? Do you support him saying that? Do you agree with his statements?

T3,
GREAT SONG !! (although I think the lyrics probably apply more to you than to Cat)
I have tried to anticipate all of the possible scenarios with this thing, while attempting to be patient and let some things play out.
But i have to admit that, as this goes on and on and more extreme actions come to light, that I am becoming more and more concerned.
I am trying to envision the circumstances under which Trump acts like an adult and cooperates with the transition. I cannot believe that we have not already gotten there. What else has to happen before Trump will put the good of the nation above his OWN good ?
In the meantime, just the delay itself is causing some real damage. And there is some evidence that Trump is deliberately doing some things to directly mess with Biden and others.
So i am going to suggest concerned rather than paranoid.

Once again, proof you haven't changed. He tried to have a discussion with you and you deteriorated into your usual garbage.
I predict you turn back into full-blown raging T3 before the week is up.

I’m worried as well. Maybe they are busy watching this compelling documentary on PBS.
Maybe even taking notes.

It’s a joke people. Lol.
Trumps people aren’t nearly this capable. I mean Rudy G. is no Herman Goering. Goering would not have been caught making a big announcement in front of a landscaping business.

He didn't call the GA Secretary of State as a concerned neighbor. He called with the full weight and influence of the Judiciary Committee behind him. What a turd.

The senator issued the following statement:
"It is imperative that all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct be investigated to ensure the integrity of the 2020 elections. The presidential election remains close in multiple states, and as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct will be taken seriously. I will not allow credible allegations of voting irregularities or misconduct to be swept under the rug.

And get legal votes thrown out and because you, Lindsey FfffNnnnnnn’ Graham say, “the future of the country depends on it”.
Seems like a fair way of running things right?
