That said, that was a foul.
It would've been just as much a foul of the teams were reversed.

Nope. It is a foul. Shooting player must be able to launch and land with no interference. The defender actually altered the shot because his contacted the player and change his trajectory. Foul All day long. Bruce Pearl is a dirty coach. Got what he deserved

MAINLY because of this crap.
CLEARLY that was a foul - but USUALLY that call NEVER gets made because it is the end of the game - which is the dumbest reason ever to not call a foul.

Besides, Jerome double dribbled on the play prior and no call and ....
Bryce Brown was fouled on the last shot...clearly hit before he had a chance to land.
That's #### poor officiating folks and. Lear example of refs deciding a game.

I just think it's a BS call and call it questions able regardless of what you say.
Bottom line, refs advanced uva by giving them two calls for a chance to win it.

that call isn't made, about 98% of the time. If fact, it is often made, with less contact than that. This was an easy call. The only bad call/no call that went against Auburn, late in the game, was the double dribble that wasn't called on Jerome! That was definitely a double dribble, and should have been called.

1) It was a foul.
2) You're right should've been a double dribble, though it looks as if the Auburn guy might've reached out and fouled him before, but maybe not.
3) Nope on the last shot. Key difference is defender was stationary, not in the air, and so he had the right to that spot. Not a foul.
Honestly, I see nothing controversial about the last call. Feel bad for the Auburn defender as clearly he was trying to not make contact, but he did.

If that was clemson, y'all would not be defending anyone, since it was a sec school, the tigernet bias shows.

I forget which game it was, late in the season, where Eli Thomas twice lunged at the 3 point shooter, and was correctly called for the fouls. All I said was, "What the heck are you doing, Eli?"

You must be talking about the foul called on Guy that was a clean strip of the ball from auburn. Or, the no call when UVA player went up to the basket with two defenders fouling him all the way up. Not to mention another clean block by UVA shown on replay called as a foul that resulted in two free throws scored for Auburn.
