Sorry, my millennial snowflake, but here's a dose of reality for you and yours. The lying adulterer, like him or not (I don't, but voted him in as lesser of two large evils) is President of ALL the United States. If you are a citizen of those United States, it does in fact make him your President. Get the numbers and vote him out next time, or put up a candidate who is actually less abhhorent than him, and I might even vote for them as well. But, this "not my President" bs is just that.

1983 here and definitely a millennial. Understand DOS, Lazer Disc, VHS, thundercars, TMNT, looney toons and TRL.
Here is an easy test. Where were you on Sept. 11 2001. If you say "class" you are almost definitely a millennial.

Wasn’t in class, but was supposed to be studying prior to a test and that happened.
My room mate’s mom was a prof at CU and called our dorm room on a landline and said watch the news.
I quit studying, failed said test (yes it still happened)
Wound up meeting up on library bridge with a friend whose dad worked at the pentagon.
It was pretty crazy
I’m a lot of gen x and a little millennial, by most metrics I am right on the cusp

You don't need to worry about what tag is applied to you just because of the judgement of old farts who think they know everything.
There's nothing particularly positive nor negative about millennials compared to any past generation. When millennials are fully in charge of the world, it will continue on. The people who criticized them will be dead and millennials will be talking about how the generations after them are ruining everything with their crappy music and ugly clothes.
Even 3,000 years ago, people were saying "kids these days."
