Was an eventful day.....First...I caught 5th is decent one. And since Clemson 1988 always some perspective to judge how big the bass really is....I got it as close to my nose as I could.....

I eased on over woth the trollling motor. The poor fella was tangled in braided fishing line some peckerhead fisherman had cut loose and left. He was literally ( Tdug...I had to use it) drowning......So like the dumb redneck I am... I got cloae enough to take hold of him and ease him to the bank where I then took my line cutter and vegan the tedious task of setting him free.....and let me tell you. Those talons are nothing to sneeze at...

That was a noble thing to do and courage to make that decision. Don't know if I had that much courage.
Discarded fishing line and abandoned set lines kill a lot of wildlife. Some fishermen are just plain thoughtless slobs. Good job.
