We mentality

I have been impressed with the interviews of our players coming out of camp this year. I keep hearing repeated by all of them that they will do whatever the coaches ask if will help the team win. They are pulling for each other. They accept the competition for a starting spot. They all want to give the team the best chance to win.

That kind of attitude prevails through everyone, including the coaches. No sense of entitlement, no me first players, no superstars, no divas...just humble guys doing their job for the team.

That is why recruits see us as a "family" when they come here. Its infectious. It makes them want to be a part of it. It is why players like Chad Kelly couldn't fit in here. He wasn't a "we" guy. Bellamy either.

If you aren't a part of the team atmosphere Dabo will remove you. Just ask Germone or Martavis.

All in is more than a saying to our team, its their credo. We are in for something special this year. I can't wait to hear the sportscasters excuses.

The Tigers are coming people!....
