We live in a America just as divided as

Nov 7, 2012, 12:14 AM

the America that exploded in Civil War in 1861. Our America is not divided by the questions of slavery and state's rights BUT it is divided on issues of culture, religion, and political philosophies on the nature of the state and government.

And there is no simple solution to any of it since so many on both sides will not set things aside for the good of America and find compromises -- and in things like religion -- it becomes even harder when one side believes it is central to life and has been a major part of America for 2 centuries and the other is trying to banish and regulate religion to the side and back of life to be politically correct. I hope my words are not prophetic, but it is going to be a painful time to live in a America split and divided by these major fault lines with nobody willing to compromise.

Prayer is the only viable solution I know.

Peace and goodnight.

debt will take us out, not lack of prayer.

But if that makes you feel better, then have at it.

Me, I guess I'll by gold, guns and more ammo.

wait till we hit 30 trillion, government might start work together on this.

Nope. And by the time we hit 30 trillion, they won't be able

to.

So many social programs and entitemnets would have to be disbanded, that the self preservation mode of politicians getting reelected won't allow them to do anything that will hurt their populace.

Once other countries start to not buy our debt, thats when the end starts, and it won't take long after that to end in civil unrest.

Thankfully after tonight no one will really give a crap***
