Counted scholarships today

By my count, we have 18 to hand out if we put Renfrow on scholarship next year (assuming we will). We currently have 17 commits. I'm thinking we get 3 guys we're after tomorrow.

So if that's the case, are there guys leaving who haven't said as much? Are there guys we know will not qualify?

I think your count is off. I have us at 81, with 4 to give on NSD. Would likely take a fifth and bet on atrition by fall camp.

I thought walk ons only got year to year and that recruits now got 4 years (changed a few years ago).

I'd assume that Renfrow,Huegel,and Teasdall are almost guaranteed to be on scholarship. That leaves 4 spots left in this class. I'm sure that there will be some attrition in the spring/summer to give other walk-ons a scholarship.

LOL... kid had a clutch TD vs Oklahoma and then 2 vs the "#1 D" in the country and you think they'll take his scholarship away? If they do, i hope he goes somewhere else. He can start anywhere in the slot. #STUD
