He has not had a meaningful Base hit in forever
Has left tons of men stranded on base this season.
I keep thinking he’s going to get hot but that AVG is getting tiny

not just beer. 9-3 is struggling. hopefully getting meredith will help one of them. 1-3 aint gonna struggle forever.

Good hitters? Idk. We’ve seen them get hot before but we have a lot of sub .300 career hitters

Well Beer and Davidson are good hitters.
Both are a lot better than they have shown this season.
Neither one has much production so far.
Beer only has 12 RBIs with 6 HRs , it’s all or nothing

His decline has been a complete head scratcher for me. Obviously the scouting reports are out on him but he sees good pitches to hit. He just seems like he’s not squaring much up...his HR to RBI ratio is telling.
