Watching football overseas?

Sep 1, 2016, 6:09 PM

Just wondering if anyone knew of any other means of watching NCAA sports in the Australia/New Zealand region without going through illegal streaming sites that tend to crash your computer? ESPN3 Player doesn't work here in NZ, even though SkyTV, our only real cable provider, has ESPN and ESPN2--(and before you ask, I'm renting and my property won't allow dish installation).

Even streaming radio, it seems that Learfield Sports controls the programming rights to radio stations online content so you can't stream anything.

Any creative ideas out there?

Thanks!

maybe I've used the wrong first row link then, but I had a big problem with them before and it basically killed my computer. I have NO problem with the morality of it, I just don't want to download malware. There are several listed "first row sports" links under Google, which one do you use?

online streams are your only option I think, install adblock

and you shouldn't really have a problem. Try reddit.com/r/cfbstreams sometimes good links are posted on there.

keep a lookout for the acc's main page having games streamed on it as well. First Row is one that works (i know they have a ton of links but I use to have success when I was deployed in Korea and in Europe with the .eu verison). It probably wouldn't hurt to get a VPN (I used to use StrongVPN from 2011 - 2013), you can get good deals for certain ones for just the football season time frame too. If you know anyone stateside that has WatchESPN access, use the VPN and login with their info. I haven't dug into other options but I used to use justin.tv when it wasn't just gaming (twitch now I think).
