Video-sharing portals don't want to get a reputation as havens of dissent, so they actively delete content that foments unsafe expressions of discontent.
They're doing us all a favor in not letting us use their sevices to hurt ourselves.

Fact: the original video has been removed.
Fact: that link now takes you to a 2-minute Intro to UGE video.
The original video at that link was a 55-minute discussion by Dr Erickson in CA entitled like "The cure is killing more people than Covid-19".
It was a policy discussion, not a tinfoil hat promotion.
Apparently the audio file was corrupted and the video had to be removed and then reposted. No conspiracy or censorship necessary. ( I'm going by the title of the latest similar video.)
There is now a 62-minute version, but you have to go to the website and look through the menu list of off-the-wall listings.
The multiple persons who informed me of it are not crackpots.
YouTube and Facebook ARE required by the Chinese government to assist with censorship in order to be on Chinese servers. The internet has never been free of censorship in China. So the technology, business model and practice exists over there. Many of us expect it soon over here (within certain guidelines, aka "1984"), and anecdotal evidence says it's already being done. They're certainly capable of it and have zero accountability.
But just like this case of a corrupted audio file, it's difficult to be certain .

OK, I understand the confusion. But Youtube makes its own decisions on what to censor in this country. They are a private company and it is not their responsibility to host content you personally agree with. If you do not like it, then do not use their service. If Walmart decides to stop selling ammo for handguns and rifles,they are not infringing on your rights any more than youtube is by taking down content they disapprove of.

You are absolutely correct.
And the term "censorship " implies government control of content. That is almost certainly not going on.
However, social media companies are very attuned to the social conscience of its customer base. They know what their customers want better than customers themselves do. And if certain content is disliked enough, they remove it.
Meanwhile, I believe your comments make the OP's point.
It doesn't take an alternate universe. Right now, Facebook could tell you the 5 phone's nearest yours if you have their app.

using the percent positive out of the total percent tested to determine an overall rate of infection is just wrong. We only test mostly sick people.
