1. Why did the refs pick up the second flag on Moore, other than the fact that they would have had to kick him out ?
2. Why did they not penalize USuCk for the fan behavior ?

1. I was on the Clemson sideline the whole time so I don't know. I would speculate that the official on that side that didn't throw his flag convinced the other guy it was a clean hit. Unfortunately they don't like to show replays at the Upside Down Cockroach.
2. Once again, I don't know. To me after the first warning they should have penalized them. Dabo was right to get in that official's butt about it, not sure exactly what he said to draw the penalty.

I thought I saw him saying (after the flag) "but that's my first"...which I took to mean that coaches normally get a sideline warning for being out of the box prior to getting a penalty, which is what I was saying in real time while watching it.
Don't coaches normally get a warning about being out of the box?

Someone that was standing there said he made a comment that if one of his players got hurt it would be on the officials. That's probably what got him.

Just remember Adazio didn't get a warning at Clemson when he was on the field yelling at the official either.
To me it was horseshid that he got penalized for that. That's a player safety issue and there had already been a warning, flag them and be done with it.

1. The fact that he drove our guy over a photog apparently overshadowed the fact that he was still driving him out of bounds to the end of or beyond the white paint. In the end made it look worse than it was, but still warranted a penalty.
2. Don't think the fans threw as much stuff as it's being made out to be. Social media driven by comments made by announcers combined with Dabo Dabboing. Still haven't seen pigs of more than 2 bottles.

The first time they threw a whole bunch of stuff on the field. One Sprite bottle appeared to be full as it went a long way, it also went a long way when one of their players threw it back into the student section. Pretty sure he did this so they could throw it back a few plays later.
When we scored a few plays later they threw more stuff. That's when Dabo flipped his shid as he should have.
As they were telling them not to throw stuff the first time, they were throwing stuff.

They were throwing things on the field all night (well until they all started changing into their aluminum colored fan wear). It started when our players ran out for warmups well before the game. It was NOT just a few people. I'm betting about 50. It's a culture thing with them.
As much as our feathered friends would like to say "it was just a very few individuals" - it's just not true. It WAS by and large confined to the student section. There were bottles (almost all bottles) and batteries thrown on the field. Security did NOTHING to stop it. Nothing at all.
With the usual one or two exceptions, everyone around us was perfectly fine. Most of them were embarrassed by that stuff and said that's not who they were. Unfortunately for those folks, it is who they are. If they want to be something else - and I really believe a lot of USC fans don't want that crap at their place - they need to actually do something about it.
- Move the student section. If they can't stop this crap from happening, then move the students away from the visiting locker room. Or vice-versa.
- Actually arrest those that throw things on the field or at players. That'll put a stop to it. If it doesn't, then THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE. Ban those students from future games.
- Stop the game. Throw a flag. It's been done before, and should have been done on Saturday night.
Imagine how bad it would have been had they actually been in the game.
